I believe a free public education is a right of all citizens and that society has an obligation to secure funding that provides all students equal opportunities to succeed. It should fully develop a student’s strengths and provide a strong basis in key areas. Completion of vocational programs should fulfill requirements for graduation for students who struggle master core curriculum.
