Ensuring that all of our children receive a world-class education is one of my top priorities. Our children are competing not just with students in other states, but with the world, and we must give them all the tools they need to succeed today and tomorrow. I will fight to ensure that all of our schools – from preschool on up – have the funding they need to help our students get ahead. By strengthening our schools, we will attract good-paying jobs to our state and make Michigan a leader in the 21st century global economy.
