As a mother and graduate of Michigan public schools, and a community activist, I firmly believe in our public education system. Public education provides solid foundations for all aspects of our lives and directly contributes to our quality of life. Thanks to dedicated teachers and professional staff, our public schools graduate empowered leaders every year who are ready to meet the needs of our global workforce and the challenges facing our communities.
