IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE if you’re in line when the polls close.
The polls are open between 7 AM and 8 PM.
IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE even if your right to vote is challenged.
Just answer the questions and then vote.
IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE at your designated precinct no matter what.
But your vote won’t count if you’re at the wrong precinct.
IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE even if you don’t have a photo ID by signing a form when you vote.
YOU WILL BE ASKED BUT NOT REQUIRED TO SHOW PHOTO ID WHEN YOU VOTE.
Accepted forms of ID:
A driver’s license from any state
A state ID card from any state
A student ID
A passport
A military ID
A tribal photo ID
A few first-time voters must show a photo ID or an official document with their name and address to vote a regular ballot.
IT’S YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE even if you moved to a different city after September 5, 2008, or within the same city. You can vote at your old precinct.
IF YOU ARE BEING INTIMIDATED OR HARASSED, TELL POLL WORKERS RIGHT AWAY.
